What is a local dealer?
A local dealer (or an "operator") is a company that offers Find‘n’Secure vehicle tracking solutions, in its geographical area.

What type of services a dealer offers to  its clients?
The dealers may offer to their clients either a vehicle tracking and protection service, vehicle tracking service, person or pet tracking service, fleet management service or all of these.

Who are the potential clients?
For fleet management service, the potential clients may be:

• Commercial companies with large fleet of vehicles (such as transportation, car leasing, taxi companies, Refineries, tourist operators, deliveries and distribution companies).
• Public service fleets (such as buses, police, ambulances, security services, and garbage trucks).
• Maritime vehicles management.
• Railways.
• Containers and tanker truck companies.
• Individual clients.

For the security service, the potential clients may be:

• Insurance companies.
• Commercial companies.
• Individual clients.

What are the incentives for the clients to purchase the service?
Our GPS positioning system enables a fleet manager real time tracking and control, generate a wide variety of performance reports and real-time alerts. Customers who are using the service are known to have saved at least 15% on vehicle expenses, while the operations of the company become much more efficient and effective. The security service drastically reduces the risk of vehicle theft for the insurance companies and fleet owners, in addition to providing the means to protect the driver.

What is the business model?
The business model is usually either to sell the unit, and charge the clients for a monthly fee, or to include the cost of the unit in a slightly higher monthly fee. What are the options available to the dealer?
The dealer may go in for either Find'n'Secure for Resellers or Find'n'Secure for Enterprises version.

What are the prerequisites for the dealer in order to start offering the security service?
The prerequisites for the local dealer for Find'n'Secure for Resellers are:

• A PC with internet connection to add / manage user accounts.
• Contact an experienced vehicle alarm systems installer in order to install the units in the vehicles.
• Purchase one GPRS enabled SIM card per unit. Expected Internet GPRS data would be 4MB - 5MB per month.

The prerequisites for the local dealer for Find'n'Secure for Enterprises are:

• A Server with internet connection having static ip to host Find'n'Secure for Enterprises software.
• Proper power backup and internet to run server 24x7
• Contact an experienced vehicle alarm systems installer in order to install the units in the vehicles.
• Purchase one GPRS enabled SIM card per unit. Expected Internet GPRS data would be 4MB - 5MB per month.

Can I present the system as part of my company and under by own brand name?
Yes, of course. Moreover, the fleet management application which the end client will use may be customized to appear with your logo, color pattern, and language.

Do you have an evaluation kit?
Yes. The evaluation kit (starter kit) allows you to program the unit's parameters and test it. We will set up a demo account for you and provide the necessary online help. What's more if you purchase a starter kit you get discount when you go for Find'n'Secure for Resellers or Find'n'Secure for Enterprises version.

Do you provide on-site training?
Normally we provide all the assistance online through chat / e-mail. However if you desire onsite help in installation and training, the same can be organised at a cost. In that an Embarc personnel will arrive in order to provide an on-site training. We will teach you on how to install the software, how to install the unit, how to use various applications, and how to market the system. The training period for each of the two services is four days. Immediately after the training is over - you are fully operational and ready to start selling.

Start by buying a Find'n'Secure Starter Kit. This kit allows you to test the system completely. It also enables you to give demonstration to your prospective clients before you decide which version – Find'n'Secure for Resellers or Find'n'Secure for Enterprises – is best for you.
